Courtney Alexander
Mosley was raised in Athens Georgia and won 2nd place in his
first drawing contest at the age of six. In grade school, Courtney
won various drawing contest as well as creating his own comic
strips which included many of his classmates and teachers as
feature characters.
Courtney attended Athens Technical College where studied Drafting
and Design, and the Art Institute of Atlanta, where he studied
Visual Communications specializing in Ad Design. Courtney went
on to work in the retail industry. There he was able to exercise
his creative talents in a variety of avenues such as Marketing,
Promotion and Visual Display.

Courtney enjoys cartoon
illustration. Recently, he has been exploring painting with
Acrylics on canvas. His immense imagination is the force that
drives him to create a variety of images that range from the
simple yet colorful "Block Style" of Piet Mondrian
to more complex paintings such as portraits and architectural
landscapes from photographs and other media outlets.
In 2009 he founded C. ALEXANDER DESIGNS. His masterpiece "The
United Dream of America"© has been acknowledged by
Congressman John Lewis and the staff of the President of the
United States.
Courtney resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
His paintings can be seen at the Fifth Ivory Public House
and seasonally at Oscars Atlanta. All paintings are painted
freehand and without the use of any projection device and
have been seen in Orlando, Detroit, Washington D.C and the
Atlanta area. Commissioned paintings are available upon request
and pricing vary according to size and content.
